Damien has been missing from his home in Gurnard, Isle of Wight since around midnight on 2 November 1996.
Damien had gone out with friends that evening and was later seen walking along the High Street in West Cowes. He has not been seen or heard from since and his family and friends are frantically worried about him.
Damien is 6ft 3in tall, of slim build with brown hair, brown eyes and a pale complexion.
