Find Every Child Week Summary

Find Every Child Week Summary

Today marks the end of Find Every Child Week. It has been a busy week, and we want to say a big thank you to all who got involved!

Through sharing our social posts, holding fundraising quizzes, taking on fundraising challenges and just showing your support generally, we have been able to raise fantastic awareness of Missing People and the Find Every Child campaign!

Below is a Find Every Child Week summary, including what we and our supporters got up to during the campaign!

What have we been up to?

Awareness Raising

Every day on social media and our website, we have been spreading awareness about missing, and shining a light on the different issues that affect missing children and their families. From the reasons why children go missing, to the support they receive when they return, to the agonising heart break of when they don’t. We aimed to raise vital awareness.

We shared case studies, stats, information, and the personal experiences of people with missing children. Head to our Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels to catch up on this week’s social content, or head to our Find Every Child Homepage, which holds the links to the full articles from each day.

Missing Children’s Day

This year, our Missing Children’s day campaign focused on newly-designed, AI-generated moving missing appeals, displayed on digital boards across London. The boards featured the appeals of Leah Croucher, Finn Layland-Stratfield, and Alexander Sloley, and linked to our website appeals via QR code.

We had press pick up beyond what we could have hoped! The campaign generated over 300 articles with a combined reach of over 1 billion impressions. The coverage included almost blanket national pick-up – from The BBC, The Telegraph, The Sun, The Independent and The Daily Mail– and a fantastic spread of regional pick-up.

Have a look at what the digital boards looked like, below.
