Giving your staff the opportunity to raise money for a cause that helps thousands of vulnerable people to stay safe and reconnect with their loved ones every year can ignite passion, increase motivation and retention, bring teams together, and enable employees to take time out to think, have new ideas and put their work into perspective.
Select Missing People as your chosen charity this year, and help us to reunite families, whilst boosting well bring, creativity and team spirit amongst your staff.
1. Enter a team into one of our exciting challenge events – from the Miles for Missing People 10 mile run, to our 5 day Edinburgh to London Cycle Challenge, via skydives, abseils, treks and mud runs, there is something for everyone! Or let us support you to organise a bespoke challenge event that is unique to your company, involving every team in every office, no matter how diverse their interests are!
3. Organise a quiz, auction, raffle, or dress-down day (or a dress up day!) in aid of Missing People. Or get in touch to discuss what would work best for your employees – we have plenty more ideas, and all the materials and resources you need to make your event a success.
Payroll Giving is a fantastic way for your employees to donate to Missing People on a regular basis. A donation of just £5 a month (£60 a year) could fund two family counselling sessions that provide parents with the essential emotional support they need when their child disappears.
Because your donation is taken before income tax is deducted, it is worth even more to Missing People and it is cheaper for you because it is tax free!! The scheme is easy to set up, opt in and opt out.
As an employer, signing up for Payroll Giving is an easy way to show your dedication to Missing People to both your staff and your customers. It can strengthen staff morale, help with staff retention and is a simple way for your business to reach its CSR targets.
