We are delighted to announce that on 16 November 2011, our Director of Finance and Resources, Douglas Parkhill, won the prestigious Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) ‘Company Secretary of the Year (not-for-profit)’ Award 2011.

Simon Osborne, ICSA’s Chief Executive said “The annual Company Secretary Awards are the highlight of the company secretarial calendar and they recognise the achievements of the very best individuals and teams within the profession”. The judges had been particularly impressed by how much Douglas had achieved in just three years in his post.”

Douglas Parkhill said: “I was delighted to receive this award and it is especially pleasing that ICSA have chosen to recognise the importance of professionalism and good governance in the not-for-profit sector in this first ever award for the category”.
