I’m having problems getting in touch with you. Can you help?

Here are a few tips:

  • Some mobile phones will not let you reply to a Message Home text. If this happens please start a new text to 116 000.
  • When you receive a response to a text to Message Home, it will show up on your phone as 116 000. If you don’t want anyone else to know you are in contact with us you may want to save our number in your phone using an abbreviation rather than the 116 000 or the full name of the service.
  • Texts to Message Home are free from the following providers and you are able to text with no credit: Vodafone, O2, Three, and Orange.
  • Please note that you are not able to text from T-Mobile if you have zero credit (£0.00)
  • Calls are free to Message Home from all mobile phone providers and telephone boxes.
  • Please note that Message Home and Message Home Team cannot trace your email address.
  • Please note that Message Home and Message Home Email services can’t receive email attachments.
