Sightings
- 24/7 freefone Helpline to take sightings from the public
- We pass all sighting information to the relevant police force
- The caller can choose to remain anonymous which means that Missing People receives sightings from people who may be reluctant to contact the police directly.
TextSafe® - This is our latest development, and takes our services a step further by reaching out directly to young people and vulnerable adults when they are reported missing.
Using TextSafe® you can forward a missing person’s mobile phone number to us and we can send a text message with information about our services direct to their phone. This encourages them to get in touch to receive help and support.
