Volunteer role: Local ‘Join the Search’ Volunteer – West Midlands Team: Local Areas Team Location: Community based activities in West Midlands and working from home. Time commitment: The specific nature of your role will affect the hours worked. These will be different for each volunteer. It may be that you volunteer 10 hours over a weekend once every couple of months or more regularly give 4 hours a week. However we do expect commitment of a minimum of 1 year.
Purpose: To recruit ‘Search Partners’ in your area (organizations who display posters of people missing in their area) and to raise awareness of Missing People’s services. Dependent on your skills and experience duties may include:

Training: All necessary training will be provided by your Local Coordinator
Support: You will be supported in your role by your Local Coordinator, who will discuss with you how we can best support you when you begin in the role.
