People's Postcode Lottery's Summer Update
The People's Postcode Lottery (PPL) exists to support charities in the UK. Forty pence from each ticket goes to benefitting charities like Missing People, and increases public awareness of the issue - enabling us to achieve much more than ever before.
This weekend saw the People's Postcode Lottery's Summer Postcode Rollover 2010, which took place in East Edinburgh.

Everyone at Missing People would like to thank the players of the People's Postcode Lottery for raising more than £717,711 so far. Players in Scotland have raised £632,422 and players in the north east of England have raised £85,289. This money will help Missing People to be a lifeline for the 250,000 people who run away and go missing each year. And for those left behind, the charity will help in the search and provide specialised support to end the heartache and confusion.
