An extraordinary place to work
Missing People is incredibly proud to be 14th in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For 2019. This reflects the ongoing work of everybody at the charity to make Missing People a great place to work. We recently achieved a Best Companies 3 Star ‘Extraordinary’ accreditation following a survey which revealed that:
- 100% of staff agreed the charity is run on strong values;
- 96% said people in their teams go out of their way to help them;
- 89% said they were inspired by our CEO Jo Youle.
- 100% said they feel proud to work here.
We are not complacent, however, and are always looking for ways to improve employees’ experiences through the CEO’s meetings with new starters, staff surveys and our suggestion box.
