Missing People have been contracted by the Home Office to provide the SafeCall service to young people, parents, carers, family members and professionals. SafeCall is a national helpline and support service for individuals who have been affected by the issues of County Lines, Child Criminal Exploitation and Missing.

Missing People have created a series of webinars aimed at sharing knowledge with and providing advice to professionals about these issues, their impacts and introducing the SafeCall service and how we can help professionals, young people and families in your area. The first of these events will be a national event, followed by regional based sessions each month.

“When I spoke to [SafeCall worker] I was a blubbering mess, I was exhausted and didn’t know what to do. She was reassuring, that I wasn’t alone and …she helped me in that really tricky time when my son was missing for 2 weeks.”

Feedback from a SafeCall parent/carer

“I know I can talk to you about anything, and you will give me the best advice.”
