This year we will have two very special Carol Services, in London and in Edinburgh to remember those who are missing, or have been missing, this Christmas.
The event is filled with heartfelt tributes from families of missing people, readings and songs, and is a chance for all to come together and be with families that share in the experience of having a missing loved one.
Our London Carol Service takes place on Monday 9 December, at St Martin-in-the-Fields. We have limited space for families, so we're able to offer families and friends of missing people up to 4 free seats per family. You are welcome to reserve further seats at the usual cost; please state that you are a family member at the time of booking so that we can seat you with other families.
Our Edinburgh Carol Service takes place on Wednesday 11 December at St Andrew's & St George's West Church:
Annual family and friends day
Missing People holds an annual event for family and friends with a missing loved one. The day is a chance to listen to and share personal experiences with one another and to give and receive support in a safe and protective space.
We aim to create an informal, calm and relaxed atmosphere with as many opportunities as possible for you to meet others and share your stories, thoughts, and experiences, as much or as little as you want. There are workshops throughout the day for you to attend and the chance to just connect with others who might have an understanding of your experience.
Together to Remember
Together to Remember is an annual event, bringing people together to remember their missing loved ones.
The Family Connect Forum
The Family Connect Forum is a place for you to meet other families and friends of missing people online, to share and receive support and to get to know each other. It is moderated for safe and supportive use by the Moderation Team at Missing People and can only be accessed and viewed by those who are registered. It’s a safe place where you can be honest and get support from other people with missing loved ones.
The platform for the Family Connect Forum is being provided by Yammer. Yammer is simple and intuitive to use.
