adDryer – the eco-friendly digital out-of-home media delivery platform – has partnered with Missing People, in support of the charity’s ‘Home For Christmas’ campaign.

The tie-in will focus on the disappearance of 19-year-old Leah Croucher, who has been missing since February, with adDryer’s hand-drying video technology inside washrooms raising both awareness and donation opportunity across its key London sites, including The Shard, LABS Group and Camden Market.

adDryer’s Head of Media, Simon Jasinski, said: “We’re delighted to be lending our support to such a worthy charity in Missing People, and proud that our platform is being utilised for the purpose of social good at such an important time of year. We hope that over the holidays, adDryer can help bring missing people home to their friends and family as well raise crucial awareness and funding for the Missing People charity, who do such an incredible job all year round.”

Bryony Long, Head of Communications and Supporter Engagement at Missing People, said: “Someone is reported missing every 90 seconds in the UK. For the families left behind, the pain and anguish can be unbearable. At Christmas time in particular, an empty seat at the dinner table is a heart wrenching reminder of the person that they are missing. We rely on members of the public to help bring missing people home, whether that’s through sightings information, or donations that enable us to launch even more publicity appeals when someone goes missing.

To be embracing new, innovative technology by running our ‘Home For Christmas’ campaign with adDryer across their London locations is really exciting, and will enable us to reach even more people and help reunite more families this Christmas. We’re so grateful to adDryer for the opportunity to raise awareness of Leah, and of the support we offer to the one million people affected by a disappearance every year in the UK.”

adDryer’s best-in-class viewer-initiated video platform is revolutionising the way brands engage with consumers in the washroom, guaranteeing user engagement uninterrupted for ten seconds.

Powered by Intel, adDryer is saving its network hosts millions in co2 emissions and waste, while providing real-time data backed analytics for advertisers. The London Bridge-based firm are rolling out a UK-wide network of 3,500 consumer and professional locations into 2020, reaching 600,000 users every day.
