Supporting Missing People by raising money, entering a team into an event or donating time and resources is a great way to engage staff and customers and meet your CSR goals. Missing People works locally and nationally, meaning that your company can make a social impact in across the UK. There are so many ways your company can partner with Missing People – we look forward to working with you!
People's Postcode Lottery
Players of People's Postcode Lottery enable Missing People to be a lifeline when someone disappears. People's Postcode Lottery raises funds and awareness for charities across the country - allowing them to achieve much more than ever before. We are thrilled to have received a phenomenal £4m from players since our relationship began in 2008.
Trusts, Foundations and Statutory Funders
Missing People relies on the generosity of charitable trusts and foundations and statutory organisations to deliver a range of new projects, and many of the charity’s core services. Their support is crucial to the growth and development of the charity.
For example, going missing may be a sign that a child or young person is being groomed or sexually exploited. With the support of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Missing People is working with the police and other agencies to increase awareness of the risks of child sexual exploitation and to improve the response when a child or young person goes missing.
Big Lottery Fund
Missing People currently receives support from the Reaching Communities Fund (England) to develop our family support programme. We have also received a grant from the BIG Innovation programme (Wales) to pilot 'after missing' support for people who have been missing themselves or have experienced a family member being missing.
Missing People is very grateful to all of the organisations that support the charity's work, including:
We are also immensely grateful for the gifts in kind we receive from a range of companies, including:
