SafeCall provides free, confidential support to family members who have been affected by the issue of county lines / child criminal exploitation.
We offer a safe and non-judgemental space to talk through what is happening for you and your family and we can offer you emotional support, advice, guidance and talk though options available to you. If you would more practical support, we also provide a unique role by advocating for families in crisis, helping them to be heard by the statutory agencies in their life and ensuring that they get the support they need as a family.
All SafeCall support is person-led, is carried out at a pace that works for the individual and can be short term or longer term depending on needs. We can also support both a young person and their family member at the same time. In these cases, we maintain confidentiality for both by allocating different SafeCall workers to each person.
If you would like to find out more or access one to one support from SafeCall, you can contact us by phone or text on 116 000. Or you can complete the referral form below and we will be in touch.
