Katy Vaughan will join Missing People as Chief Executive Officer on 5th October, following an open and competitive recruitment process led by the Board of Trustees.
Most recently CEO of St George’s Hospital Charity, Katy joins with experience across organisational transformation, strategic partnerships and sustainable income growth. Katy has previously held senior roles at St Giles Trust, a charity supporting people impacted by poverty, violence and exploitation, and the Anna Freud Centre, a children’s mental health charity.

Interim CEO, Ross Miller, will return to his role as Director of Fundraising and Communications upon Katy’s arrival.
