Alexander Sloley went missing in 2008 when he was just 16 years old. Seventeen years later, he still hasn’t come home.

From the very beginning, we have been there for his mother, Nerissa and the rest of Alex’s family. We shared his story far and wide, even arranging for his face to appear on milk cartons so thousands of people would see him.

Earlier this year, after years of advocacy from us, the police finally agreed to reopen Alex’s investigation. A new task force has been assigned to begin investigating. This is the kind of attention that so many families with missing loved ones need.
