Services for professionals

Our successful Intensive Support Service in Hertfordshire has led to an 85% reduction in missing episodes over two years. We offer crucial, intensive 121 wellbeing and safeguarding support to local children and young people.

We have extensive experience delivering Return Home Interviews – offering a safe, confidential space to support children and young people within 72 hours of their return. We were the first organisation to deliver a Prevention Interview Service on behalf of police to support adults and children within hours of their return, in the UK.

Our programme of consultancy, training, and good practice sharing is ensuring the implementation of The National Missing Persons Framework across Scotland. The project is funded by Scottish Government and supported by Police Scotland.

Our Home Office funded SafeCall service directly supports families and young people affected by missing, exploitation, and county lines.

Our core services directly support missing people and their families at all stages of their missing journey. Find out how we can support anyone you refer to us.

We are proud to work closely with a number of partners across the UK. See who they are.

We have launched a regular email so that you can be aware of new missing person appeals and share them far and wide! We are also calling on all Heroes to be the eyes and ears for Missing People on the ground. Your sighting of a missing person could make a difference in a crucial time.
