A BIG SHOUTOUT goes to our amazing fundraiser of the month – Julie, Rob, James and Cathy Stammers!
From 19th-28th May 2022, Rob and Julie, along with their close friends and family took on a Walk For challenge to mark 10 years since their son Andrew first went missing. Rob and Julie took on a 50k walk and their son James also took on a 100k challenge too. Read more about their Walk For’s here.
Walk For’s are a fundraising activity for people affected by missing – a chance for them to raise awareness of the missing person whilst raising vital funds for Missing People. The event managed to raise an incredible £3,224, which ensures we can continue to provide our vital services to others affected by someone going missing. It also helped to continue the hope for Anthony and his family, raising more awareness of his disappearance. You can help spread the word too by downloading his poster here.
Thank you to the Stammers Family for taking on this Walk For challenge and raising an incredible amount for us – we are so grateful for your support!
