This has been the hardest year we have ever faced. But we could not let that stop the vital services you support being there for anyone who needs us.
As you read this, there are thousands of vulnerable missing people all over the UK, as well as their families struggling to cope with a disappearance, but YOU can make a huge difference. Simply by getting involved in any of the ideas below or even thinking up your own, you can help to raise money and directly impact the services we provide.
There is something for everyone – singers, crafters, baker, runners or even make a difference via your journey to work.
Do you have a favourite local 5k or 10k route? Fancy trying it in your Santa outfit, and then encouraging people to sponsor your efforts. Follow this up by sharing your route and a selfie with us so we can give you a shout out.

Have you got a skill you can share online? Run a class, encourage your friends to make a donation on the evening, maybe a glass of mulled wine to spice up the session? Follow this up with a donation to our JustGiving page here.

Provide a Christmas gift-wrapping service to friends, family and neighbours, then encourage them to make a donation to our Justgiving page, as a token of gesture and to show support to a charity at a difficult time.
feeling like you want to spread some Christmas joy…. collect foliage, birch branches, holly, mistletoe and ivy to make attractive displays, create your design, sell these on and encourage donations to our Justgiving page for your amazing charitable efforts.
What better way to get in the festive spirit with an evening full of Christmas tunes. Either set this up virtual or in your house depending on restrictions, design your ticket invitations, and you could suggest people donate the equivalent cost of a karaoke-night ticket on your Justgiving page. Wham, The Pogues, Mariah or even Bob The Builder if you really want to.
Has your Christmas party been cancelled this year? Why not use that money to help support people affected by missing this Christmas and join the #xmaspartyheroes!

Or send your friends and family one of our digital Christmas Cards and make a small donation with the money you saved on cards and stamps. Just choose a design, add your message, and then share the goodwill with everyone you know on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.
